It is a smaller, more intimate adult community, near the jersey shore beaches, where making new friends is not only easier, but the thing to do. The clubhouse has a gracious ballroom, card rooms, exercise room, crafts room, billiards, outdoor pool, putting green, bocci courts, tennis courts and much more. Association fees are $120 a month.
Sunrise Bay Homes
The builder, Kliener Group, built these Sunrise Bay homes with features that add comfort, security and style to your life. They were built between 2000 and 2007, ranging from 1270 and 2175 sq. feet. Prices range from about $200,000-$300,000. Most models are one story but one model does have a loft. Sunrise Bay has approximately 250 homes.

Sunrise Bay is located in Little Egg Harbor, NJ, 1/2 mile off of Rt. 9 and only 20 minutes to Atlantic City. Two minutes away are boating and marinas and 1 minute away is a county public golf course. Although grocery stores are nearby, the hub of shopping is just 10 miles north in Manahawkin, which is also the gateway to Long Beach Island.
