Heritage Point, built by Mignatti, began construction in 2003 and is almost completed construction. When completed, the community will have about 900 homes. The model homes feature 2-3 bedrooms and range in size from 1320 sq. ft. to the newest model which is 3075 sq. ft. Many models have options for sunrooms, basements, and lofts, and feature hardwood floors in the entryway, ceramic tile in bathrooms, 13 SEER central air, gas heat, and energy efficient construction. Resales are also available. Homes are priced from about $250,000 to $400,000.
