Outside features an 18-hole championship golf course, with driving range and putting green, outdoor pool, tennis, bocce, shuffleboard, and more. Association fees are $175 a month. Sea Oaks residents can also take advantage of other on site amenities such as the Sea Oaks Golf Club Restaurant, “The Legacy,” and the Pro Shop.

Sea Oaks began construction in 2000 and was completed in 2007. Many homes feature 2-3 bedrooms, open floor plans, screen porches or sunrooms, and nice wooded or golf course lots. Homes range in size from 1776 sq. ft. to 3448 sq. ft. and prices range from about $225,000 to $350,000.
This adult community is located just off Route 539, just minutes from the Garden State Parkway. Tuckerton is a very small, rural community with a large waterfront area of single family homes. Good boating and fishing are nearby. The Tuckerton Seaport, a maritime museum is just down the road. Although there are grocery stores nearby, the hub of the shopping is just 10 minutes north in Manahawkin, which is also the gateway to Long Beach Island.
