The community features a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, which offers fitness center, hobby/game rooms, library, and billiards. Outside features outdoor pool, tennis, and bocce. Even though the Enclave is not a golf course community, resident are offered reduced golf fees at the 27 hole Eagle Rock Golf Course. Association fees are $195 a month.

The community began construction in 2005 and is still building today. Homes feature 2-3 bedrooms, some with lofts, 9 ft. ceilings, gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and ceramic tile floors, GE appliances, and are Energy Star homes. Enclave homes range in size from 1550 sq. ft. to 3048 sq. ft. and priced between $250,000 and $450,000.
